You'll learn to
- Describe STQRY Signage in one sentence
- Explain how it fits with our other products, including the Fleet change
- Explain how we charge for it, and why the first display is free
STQRY Signage is digital signage for museums, attractions and tour operators. Customers manage it in STQRY Builder, from the same content they already use for their apps and kiosks.
Each display shows one thing at a time. That's a playlist, a schedule, a single media item, or a location program.
The picture on this slide is from Happy Pedals, the bike hire shop we use for demos. It's a real STQRY Signage display.

This is where we stand apart. Say a tour boat has displays on board. In the harbour they play a welcome loop. Out on open water they show a live map. As the boat reaches the lighthouse, they switch to the lighthouse's story.
We call these location programs. General signage products can't do this, which is why tour and transport operators are our priority when we go looking for new customers.
We heard all of these on customer calls in August 2026.
Picture a driver who needs to play the safety briefing. They can't scroll through a phone while they're driving. Controller mode gives them one large button instead.
Some operators told us they were running half-hour "be right back" videos. With Signage they can swap those for short items on a timer, which are easy to keep current.
PA announcements get missed because of accents, language and noise. A display can show the message in the passenger's own language, at the right point on the route.
Customers also want fewer suppliers. If they already build their app with us, their displays can run from the same account.
Say a museum already has a visitor app with us. Their stops, media and translations are already in their Content Library. If they add digital signage in the lobby, most of the work is already done.
STQRY Signage is here to stay, and it's taking over driver mode from STQRY Fleet. Fleet keeps the devices a venue hands out to visitors, locked down to the venue's own content.
A tour operator using Fleet's driver mode today moves to Signage Standard at renewal. Their bill drops, usually from about $199 to about $60 a month, and we're fine with that.
STQRY Signage is priced per display. Chargebee is the source of truth, where the plans are SignageLS (Basic) and SignageStandard (Standard). Yearly is twelve times monthly, and there's no setup fee.
| Plan | Per display, per month | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | $7 | Playlists, schedules, languages, sync, themes, audio companion |
| Standard | $15 | Everything in Basic, plus location programs, controller mode and position serving |
Customers buy at list price themselves, from the billing page in STQRY Builder. A Customer Success Manager handles multi-site and fleet deals. Enterprise pricing is "contact us" only.
The first display is free on either plan, Standard included, whether a customer has one display or fifty. A customer with a single display pays nothing, for as long as they use it, and they don't need a paid STQRY Builder plan either. It isn't a renewal discount.
This is something new we're trying. Signage is our freemium, product-led product, which is how a lot of digital signage is sold now. Several of our competitors give the first display away, Yodeck among them. A customer can sign up, run STQRY Signage on one display and see it working without talking to us. When they want more displays, they buy licenses from the billing page.
For a tour boat operator with a renewal coming up, that's an easy pitch. They can put STQRY Signage on one boat, location programs and all, and pay nothing until they want it on the rest of the fleet.
One thing at a time. That's a playlist, a schedule, a single media item, or a location program.
Nothing. The first display is free on either plan. Location programs need Standard, and the free display can be on Standard.
They move to Signage Standard at renewal, and their bill goes down.
